We are two professionals with extensive experience in the public and private sectors, both in Argentina and in other Latin American countries. Our profiles are complementary and share a passion for commitment and an eagerness to learn and share new knowledge. Curiosity led us to explore other business areas and we have a transversal vision that encompasses strategy, finance, processes, digitalisation and compliance. My professional specialties are based on Corporate Governance, Auditing and Consulting. Among my main areas of expertise are the audit of financial institutions, Corporate Governance, Money Laundering Prevention, Consulting in strategy and organizational architecture, Digital Transformation. Evaluation of management tools, Process Design and Improvement. Evaluation of technological infrastructure, analysis, selection and implementation of integral software and other alternative information systems solutions for companies.

I am a member of the Argentine Association of Ethics and Compliance and of the Commissions of "Anti-Corruption", "Studies on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism", "Internal Audit and Corporate Governance Studies", "Professional Performance of Financial Institutions" and "Economic Crimes" of the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

I have extensive business management experience in technical, commercial and financial areas. I identify opportunities for process improvement and lead change, combining a strategic and financial perspective. I see management control as a key tool for strategic decision making, looking at future opportunities from the present. I know how to adjust profiles in work teams and build motivated teams.

I have worked with teams in Argentina and the rest of Latin America, knowing their contexts, cultural traits and business dynamics.

I am a member of the Argentinean Association of Ethics and Compliance. I am attracted to challenging challenges and I like to drive significant changes that generate positive impact in what I do and in those around me. I act as a facilitator, managing the issues, raising critical points in a clear and impactful way and taking charge of the solution.
